I worked at one of the multinationals for five years and towards the end, I started to question whether it was somewhere I wanted to be in the longer term.
That’s when I found Synergy.
Synergy is different to the multinationals in the way that we deliver our services. We have a much flatter delivery model, so everyone from directors to juniors are hands on. It’s refreshing to work in this kind of team environment.
I’m able to work with, and learn from, some really senior people at Synergy. Some of our partners or directors have been in the business for 20-25 years, so they bring a lot of expertise to our team and to our clients.
Recently, I worked closely with firm partner Rob Kennedy on an audit engagement for a government client, where he was our costing subject matter expert. This was a really great experience! Rob took the time to coach me through a subject area which I wasn’t familiar with and I learned so much from working with him.
This is just one example of how our most senior management are engaged in delivering our services and developing our team members.
Synergy is a supportive and collaborative environment, which has given me the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects.
Our portfolio at Synergy offers a lot of variety. I have some great and diverse clients – from big government departments to smaller, cultural agencies. I’ve worked on challenging engagements for example in programme and project management and auditing large transformation programmes.
Synergy also has invested a lot in technology and many innovative tools to benefit our clients. We deliver audits and develop great solutions using business process modelling and data analytic tools. These enable us to work really efficiently and also deliver value to our clients.
If you’re looking for a change in your work environment, just like I was, get in touch. I’d love to have a conversation with you!
