Rikus van der Berg is a Senior Manager within our Performance and Financial Management team who specialises in CFO Advisory, Business Improvement and Cost Modelling. Rikus first joined Synergy in 2012 and after a short stint away re-joined Synergy in 2018.
I first joined Synergy in 2012 as a Manager in Assurance and Financial Advisory and was promoted to Senior Manager in 2016. In 2017, I was offered a unique opportunity to build up a consulting service line at another professional services firm and after successfully completing this task, returned to Synergy in 2018.
When I re-joined Synergy, I immediately felt part of the Synergy family again as if I had never left. I was amazed with the exponential growth the firm has experienced and the opportunities, innovative projects and programs that staff can be part of.
I was excited to continue my career in a successful firm that supports and values its employees, delivers high quality outcomes to its clients and offers amazing opportunities to grow with the firm.
