Lucille was on Synergy Group’s Advisory Board since January 2020 and agreed to become a Non-Executive Director in January 2022.
Lucille brings over 15 years Board experience contributing to major transformative growth decisions that have resulted in better services for citizens and careers for people. Lucille had a long international career with global consulting firms culminating as the EY Lead Partner for Asia-Pacific Government and Public Sector markets.
Lucille is a forward thinker with a track record for delivering results through turnarounds and transformational growth.
Lucille was born in Canada and brings a unique blend of Australian and Canadian public sector experience in policy reform, AI, data analytics, digital and citizen centric service delivery in health and human services.
In addition to the role with Synergy Group, Lucille also contributes at Board level to Calvary Health Care, Centrestone Capital and the Canberra Symphony Orchestra.
