Synergy Law was engaged through the National Sports Tribunal Legal Assistance Panel (NSTLAP) by a National Sporting Organisation (NSO) to assist them with a dispute that was due to be heard by the National Sports Tribunal (NST).

Defence administers one of the largest Graduate Programs across the Australian Public Service. Synergy Group was engaged to build and execute the 2024 Defence Graduate Program campaign for the Department of Defence.

The project intent was to increase the usefulness and visibility of Capability Management information, across Defence. The developed solution required the reimaging and re-engineering of the IPMB CLC BMS and SharePoint Intranet, to provide ease of access; to up-to-date and useful Capability Management information. Both systems were unmaintained, missing important information and difficult to navigate, which required significant work to bring back to an acceptable level.

This has reduced strategic warning time to less than ten years and radically changed the ADF posture to include a 'fight from' Australia requirement.

During our engagements with Government clients over the years, we've noticed three words which are commonly misused. They sound and look similar; they both start with a 'c' and end with a 'y'. Their meanings are inter-related, so it is understandable why they often get mixed up.
