In 2020, Synergy is piloting RADAR, our new Graduate Program.
In our graduates, we are looking for a fresh new perspective and innovative ideas. In return, Synergy can offer exposure to different areas of Management Consulting, including Finance, Audit, People and Organisational Development, and Digital.
The Graduate Program is a new and exciting opportunity to experience four different areas of work and get a taste of the consulting world, with the potential for a career in consulting following the program. You’ll experience four rotations of ten weeks each, within four key areas within Synergy, giving you the opportunity to delve deep into the different worlds, types of work, experiences whilst working with a variety of consultants and clients.
You’ll be supported by a coach and sponsor every step of the way and spend a week on key specialised training between each rotation so that you’ll always find your way, armed with the tools you need; and a salary in line with other consulting graduate programs.
About you
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A positive attitude and enthusiastic energy
- Curiosity and an aptitude to learn new things
- Resilience in the face of challenge
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- The ability to work well in a team
Eligibility
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Is prepared to apply for a Baseline Security Clearance
- Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree
- Available to attend the Assessment Centre on the 31st January 2020
