Synergy Group Partner Announcement Signals Commitment to National Expansion Plan

Synergy Group is excited to announce the appointment of ten new partners to its growing senior leadership group, bringing the total number of Synergy Group Partners to twenty four in 2023.

The promotions demonstrate the significant breadth and depth of experience of the partner group.

Synergy Group Chief Executive Officer, Robert Kennedy said the appointments are a result of continued investment in our people and forecast growth in 2023.

"At Synergy Group, we operate on the absolute belief that we are successful when we put our people first and at the centre of everything we do".

"We invest in our people and support them to be the best they can be through clear career pathways for development and progression.

"These promotions represent a significant investment in our business strategy and align with our strategic intent to leverage our position as one of Australia's leading professional services firms in a national market," Kennedy said.

Kennedy said Synergy Group's ability to adjust to market conditions while maintaining its strong culture will be key to the organisation's expansion success.

"Many of our people are located along the east coast and we have opened new offices in Brisbane and Melbourne, to add to our Canberra presence. An office in Sydney is not far away".

"With growth comes change and this means changes to the way we operate as a business and as individuals.

"We are also investing in our business foundations, including systems and process, to ensure we can support growth and maintain a focus on a strong culture to make sure our peoples' experience of work remains exceptional.

"Synergy Group Partners, Sally Dorsett and Paulette Robinson have been appointed to key corporate positions during this transition period - Sally as our Chief People and Culture Officer and Paulette as the Chief Risk Officer" Kennedy said.

The 2023 Partner promotions span several service lines including - Defence, Assurance, Program Design & Delivery, CFO Advisory, creativeXpeople, and Digital.

"Each individual brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our senior leadership group.

"Our diversity, life experience nad ability to use a growth mindset to adapt, evolve and deliver better outcomes for our partners and clients is, and will continue to be, pivotal to Synergy Group's success nowand into the future", Kennedy Said.
