Due to the nature of this work, successful candidates must be willing and eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance. Eligibility for this process includes holding Australian citizenship.
A Baseline clearance will be sponsored as part of the engagement, and an Australian Federal Police Check is required for this role.

What You’ll Do
As an entry-level Workday Consultant, you’ll receive dedicated Workday and consulting skills training to establish your foundational knowledge. In this role, you will:
- Support requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand business processes and translate needs into system outcomes.
- Assist with configuring Workday solutions, following agreed design standards and delivery timelines.
- Help develop documentation, training materials and user guidance; participating in training sessions with client stakeholders.
- Work with technical teams on integrations and data activities and contribute to testing and issue triage.
- Build your consulting toolkit by identifying continuous process improvement across delivery.
To be considered you will:
- Demonstrate a growth mindset, critical thinking and desire for continuous learning.
- Be a clear and confident communicator who can engage stakeholders, ask insightful questions and establish trusted relationships.
- Meet the clearance and vetting requirements.
- Hold a relevant degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, Commerce or a related field.
- Show genuine interest in Workday and be willing to complete training and certifications as part of your development.
- Be willing to travel interstate as required by client projects.
