Synergy Group is expanding its national Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) capability and is looking for experienced IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) professionals to join our growing team.
This is a unique opportunity to work on major Federal Government planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance transformation initiatives while helping shape the future of a growing national practice. While platform agnostic, we are building this capability around Workday’s AI enabled Adaptive Planning as well as IBM’s Planning Analytics (TM1) solutions.

- Solution design and business transformation
