Rob has 15 years’ experience building confidence in operations and transformations within state and federal government. This extends from strategic policy design and assessment, through to enhancement of tactical operational delivery. To build this confidence, Rob has led teams delivering value across governance, risk and compliance:
Supporting management directly with the development of processes, systems and controls to deliver efficient and risk managed operations.
Developing and operating fit for purpose governance and compliance plans and functions.
Providing embedded or independent audits, assurance and assessment to identify areas to strengthen delivery and risk management. This includes leading Internal Audit functions as well as Project, Program and Portfolio Assurance functions.
