David is a Visiting Fellow at the University of New South Wales School of Business in Canberra. He has expertise in organisational leadership, culture, and change. He has written three books and published numerous articles exploring the way increasing digital connectivity is challenging long held assumptions about the nature of power, profession, tradition, workforce, culture, trust, and leadership.
