David happily declares his ‘academic tendencies’ and he brings his years of research expertise to this webinar. As a psychologist David has worked in the public and private sector in diverse roles, including the head of innovation in an engineering services firm, a senior executive in the public service, as a consultant.


David is a Visiting Fellow at the University of New South Wales School of Business in Canberra. He has expertise in organisational leadership, culture, and change. He has written three books and published numerous articles exploring the way increasing digital connectivity is challenging long held assumptions about the nature of power, profession, tradition, workforce, culture, trust, and leadership. David is interested in everything about the way our organisations operate and people work. Today, with Sally, David is a Partner in Synergy co-leading the creativeXpeople practice.
